By using sendit3d.com or placing an order with Send It 3D LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Quotes & Pricing
Prices shown by our instant quote tool are automated estimates based on a pricing formula that may change over time — they are not final quotes. We confirm final pricing after reviewing your actual file and requirements. Prices for shop items and custom orders are otherwise as stated at checkout.
Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
Shipping & Pickup
We offer local pickup in Louisville, KY and shipping within the U.S. Shipping costs and timelines depend on the size/weight of your order and the shipping method selected. We'll provide pickup or tracking details after your order is placed.
Returns & Refunds
Because most items are custom-printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what was agreed, we'll make it right — a reprint, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. Your Design Files
If you submit your own design for printing, you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it printed, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline printing any file at our discretion (for example, files that appear to infringe copyright, or that are unsafe or unlawful to produce).
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send It 3D LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product we print. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
