Send It 3D LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates sendit3d.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information We Collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever message or file link you provide. This is sent to us via Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered to our email inbox.

Instant quote tool. When you upload a design file on our Quote page, that file is read and measured entirely in your own browser to estimate size and price. The file itself is never uploaded to our servers through that tool — if you want us to review it, you share it with us separately (a link or attachment) through the contact form or email.

Payments. Purchases are processed entirely by Square, Inc. We do not collect, see, or store your card details — Square handles that directly under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand overall traffic (like page views) to our site. It does not track you individually across other websites.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

Our site relies on a few third-party services to operate: Vercel (hosting), Formspree (contact form delivery), Square (payment processing), and Vercel Analytics (traffic analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
